dear diary,
i've noticed that during the first shower i take after getting a haircut, i grossly overestimate the amount of shampoo needed. i usually end up drowning in a foamy sea of waterfall mist.

i've also learned that steam can set off your smoke detector. and that getting out of the shower while wet and covered in waterfall mist and walking around on a wood floor isn't smart. i'm now currently down to 1 (out of 2) functional smoke detectors in a 3 foot radius on my second floor.
