dear diary,
i went and
gave blood again last night. and unlike
last time when my stats were awesome, my results were less than optimal.
temperature: 98.3F
pulse: 54
blood pressure: 146/98
the blood pressure was much higher than expected. not sure why either, as i've been eating much better (losing 14 pounds already this month).
i did have the pleasure of having all three female technicians watching over me as i gave blood since i apparently was really slow. all the donors loved it when i mentioned how great it was for my ego having three women around me saying i was "slow" and "special", and urging my little arm to keep on going.
