dear diary,
i went and
gave blood last night (i'm an o-neg hero!), and i friggin' nailed my temperature. 98.6 on the dot. and that, my dear friends, is partly why i'm so awesome.

p.s. my pulse was 60 and bp was 120/72. not too shabby for a guy who had high bp a year ago and also has high cholesterol.
